Clinical Supervision

Professional supervision for counsellors and therapists.

I am trained in clinical supervision and have many years of experience providing supervision to therapists and also High School counsellors.

A bit about me

I grew up in Sydney, Australia, where I began my professional journey working with homeless young people. I completed a Graduate Diploma of Counselling in 1996 and later a Master of Counselling in 2006, specialising in trauma therapy. I am a registered member of the Australian Counsellors Association and have also undertaken additional training in EMDR therapy.

Over the course of my career, I’ve been fortunate to live and work in Sydney, the Middle East, and Bangkok. These experiences have shaped my deep respect for diversity and my belief that every person’s story deserves to be heard with care, curiosity, and understanding. I have lived and worked in Bangkok for the past 18 years, supporting individuals from many different cultures, backgrounds, and walks of life.

I am known for being kind, compassionate, and grounded, and create a safe, calm space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what’s going on for you without judgement. My approach to therapy is flexible and collaborative, drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

My core aim is to support people to make sense of their experiences, connect with themselves, and move forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
